To Sia's loved ones,

I'm Marissa Dela Cerna, a former colleague who had the privilege of working alongside Sia for several years at the U.S. Department of Labor. Sia was truly remarkable; her calm brilliance, genuine kindness, and focused dedication were an inspiration to us all.  She possessed a unique ability to make everyone feel comfortable and productive, leaving a profoundly positive impact on our team and on me personally.  I will forever treasure the insights and experiences shared with such an incredible colleague.

Sialele was a sweetheart. I will always remember her laugh, her smile and all the many fun times we shared. My good friend is gone, but will never be forgotten. I will miss you always, angel. 🪽 Until the  day we meet again, soar amongst the heavens and continue shining your bright light. 😪🙏🏽
