My condolences to the family and friends of Ted Alan Heflin.
I first met Ted in the 1980's when I was briefly retained to preform legal work for his real estate company.
It has been close to thirty years now , but if my memory serves me correctly, Ted owned one-half of a shopping center on Travilah Rd. in Potomac, Md. and was having a dispute with the other owner

Although I had not heard from Ted in years, Ted was a great guy, easy to work with, and a "straight shooter."
May he rest in peace.

It is with a heavy heart that our family has lost such a great man. My Nono (godfather) was a strong caring loving husband and father who will be missed very much. Life got busy and time slipped away but he was always in my heart. Catherine, I'm so sorry for the heart ache you and the boys have to endure. We will continue to pray for your comfort during this time.

With big hugs and much love,
Jim and Anna Ondrish

Catherine and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Ted and I served together at Pope AFB for over 2 years including our deployment to Vietnam in 1968. He was a very nice and happy young man always joking and kidding. His laughter was often heard when I entered an area where he was hanging out.
I always wanted to reconnect with Ted and other airmen we were close to in the 779 TAS but 50 years have slipped by with wives, children and grandchildren, careers, and retirement.
Ted was a Patriot, Gentleman and Friend and I will enjoy our memories together and see him in Heaven one day. Amelia and I will keep you and the family in our prayers.
