Teresa will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her servant's heart, and her deep love for Jesus. She never missed an opportunity to ask someone if they knew Jesus as their Savior because she wanted everyone she met to know the hope she had found in Him. She proudly embraced being known as a "Jesus Freak," even displaying it on her truck, because her greatest desire was for others to know Christ.
After retiring as a bus driver for Fairfax County Public Schools, Teresa worked at Tom's Truck Sales, willingly doing whatever was needed. She loved decorating, thrift shopping, motorcycles, caring for her flowers and plants, and especially her beloved dogs and cats. Her love extended to all animals. Her greatest joy, however, was serving at Family Worship Center. She volunteered countless hours and was affectionately nicknamed "The Sheriff" because she lovingly kept things in order while making everyone feel welcomed and like they belonged.
Teresa is survived by her devoted husband, Andrew Woods; her children, Gary Ellsworth, Teresa Dove, and Brandon Woods; her beloved grandson, Joshua Garner; many dear family members and friends; and her Family Worship Center family.
