Zahmir Richard Guillory

He is survived by his parents, Charles Guillory III and Ashley Joyce Scott; his sister,

Zamiyah Scott; his grandmothers, Theresa Williams and Tracier Bly ; his grandfathers,

Henry Bly, Charles Richard Guillory Jr., and Virgel Scott Sr.

Zahmir’s precious journey began not long ago. During his time with us he brought an immeasurable amount of love and joy. He enjoyed being cuddled by his parents, after school hugs and kisses from big sis, listening to music, and letting dad brush his hair. Because of his strength he earned the name Hulk Baby from his mommy! We are all very grateful for the time we spent with him. We miss those chubby cheeks, you left a gift in all of us that will live forever in our hearts. We love you Mir! Mommy & Daddy miss you!

Zahmir will also be greatly missed by his aunts, Fatimah Cloud,

Porchia Scott, Stephanie Murphy, Montoya Prudhomme, April Scott, Shawnique Scott, and his uncles, Mario Sarceno, Virgel Scott Jr, Tra-J’on Bly and Zay-l’in Bly.

He also leaves behind cousins, great uncles and great aunts.

We would like to send a special thank you to the NICU team at Children's National Hospital

in DC and to all our friends who have been overwhelmingly supportive.

A visitation for Zahmir will be held from 10:00am-12:00pm on Wednesday, October 27,

2021 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel with his burial to follow

at Dumfries Cemetery, Dumfries, VA.

Baby Heaven:

God took me in His loving arms

and kissed my little cheek. He said,

"Now close your eyes, sweet child,

and try hard not to peek. We're

off to Baby Heaven. A paradise

above, where perfect baby angels

watch over those they love."

I know how much you miss me.

I'm reminded with each tear.

I only wish that you could see

the joy and beauty here. The

time will come, dear family,

when I'll be with you again,

but I'm here in Baby Heaven

watching over you 'till then.
