Our deepest condolences, prayers and love are extended to the Garner family as we all mourn the loss of "Winkie". We grew up in the small community of Rock Creek, where everybody knew everybody, cared for one another. I am so sad to hear of his passing. When he and Theresa would come home to NC during the summers they always visited with Frances and I, we sometimes went out together. We loved talking about cars, family and old times! He will truly be missed. I will continue to keep you all close at heart, please know that our family loves you!
