Aunt Carmen will be fondly remembered for her kindness, devotion to family and her jovial spirit. When in her presence one always felt relaxed as she brought such gaiety.
Her excellent culinary skills resonate with our family as we not only enjoyed some of her sumptuous meals, but were students as she shared her skillful culinary knowledge.
Aunty you will remain in our hearts forever. You are only gone on before. Hoping to see again when we cross over to the other side as well.
May her soul rest in peace.

Ms Carmen was my neighbor and church sister in Jamaica at the Grange Hill Baptist Church. I remember she is always cooking or baking something. We always look forward to harvest time as she would always be baking cakes or puddings. So sorry that she has passed. Condolences to the family may the Lord strengthen you in this time. Rest in eternal peace Ms Carmen.
