Charles was born in the Bronx, NY. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy for four years.
Charles was predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Elsie Wolff, as well as his loving wife Kathleen Lane Wolff.
Charles is survived by his children David Wolff (Rosa), Edward Wolff (Kris), and Suzanne Kozikoski (Greg). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 nieces and nephews, and his sister-in-law, Patronella.
A visitation for Charles will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, 2900 Summer St, Stamford, CT 06905. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish, 1200 Shippan Ave, Stamford, CT 06902.
