To the Fraser family I am sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathy.
I have known Clement for the longest time back in the days in Jamaica. He was always very well dress and classy. Whenever he came to Jamaica he and his brothers would stop by Aunt Edith my mother for a visit. His wife Evelyn is very charming, kind and
considerate She is a very lovely person he could not ask for a better wife. She took very good care of him until the end. God will always bless and comfort her and Sonia, Yvonne and Ronald. You will be in my prayers

You meant so much to me. More than you will ever know. We traveled a journey together and you always made sure I was ok no matter how you were feeling. I so love you more for that. You were more than an uncle to me…you were my friend.
Aunt Pat, Sonia, Yvonne, Ron, James, Karla and his most prized possessions Taylor, Paige and Ethan…my deepest sympathies to you all and know that he is resting easy and watching over all of us. All the pain is now a thing of the past and he is with his family that has past before him that he missed so dearly.
Rest In Peace Uncle Clement. See you again one day. Love you!
