We regret to announce the passing of Dorothy H. Newman on December 10, 2012 at Kendal on Hudson in Sleepy Hollow, NY. Formerly of North Stamford, she was the beloved wife of Thomas G. Newman (deceased 1998) . She is survived by her 3 children, Thomas G. Newman Jr., Carol Newman and Douglas Newman, a sister Aidamae Woodard and six grandsons. She was deeply involved in the early years at Aid for the Retarded Individual ( ARI ) of CT.
