Elizabeth (Liz) Connelly, 67, of New Fairfield, CT passed away at Danbury Hospital on September 5, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edmund and Elizabeth and her two brothers, Edmund and Kevin. She is survived by her aunt MaryAnn Himmelman, 10 nieces and nephews and several cousins.
A viewing will be held at Leo P Gallagher & Sons Funeral home, 2900 Summer Street, Stamford, CT from 7-9pm on Friday, September 12. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, 9/13 at 10am at St. Leo’s Church, 24 Roxbury Road, Stamford, CT. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to American Lung, Association National Office, 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601.
