Ernest R. Motta of Stamford, Connecticut passed away on Tuesday, February 21, at the age of 68. Mr. Motta grew up in Mount Vernon, New York and attended AB Davis High School. He graduated from Iona College. He was an accountant and worked at PepsiCo, Albert Einstein Medical Center, New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center and then at NYU Medical Center until his retirement in 2002 as Director of Finance. He shared his life with his wife of 48 years, Judy, of New Rochelle. They lived in Greenburgh, New York before moving to Stamford. In addition to his wife, Mr. Motta is survived by his daughters Andrea Klein and Lori-Beth Winer and his six grandchildren Tyler, Marc, Maya, Benjamin, Lea and Summer.
