Eunice K. Lubov
April 30, 1920 – July 1, 2018
Eunice Lubov, a longtime resident of Stamford, CT, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, July 1st. Queen E, as we called her, pirouetted her way into the ever after on her own terms at the age of 98. During her lifetime, she was an accomplished artist, ballet dancer, expert knitter, passionate volunteer, canasta aficionado and a diehard NY Giants football fan. Her purple addiction endeared her to many, as did her coconut cookies. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, daughter, wife, and friend. Eunice split her time between Connecticut and Florida, enjoying every day of her 98 years without skipping a beat or an episode of Gilmore Girls. She is survived by her devoted daughter and son-in-law, Toby Lubov and David Catzel, adored granddaughter Courtny and her loving grandson, Joshua Lubov and family. Eunice was a force to be reckoned with and a strong advocate for women's rights. She will be laid to rest graveside at Beth El Cemetery, located at 350 Roxbury Road, Stamford, CT, on Friday, July 6th at 10 a.m.Should you wish to make a donation in her name, please do so to Planned Parenthood, Trustbdrige Hospice & Palliative Care of West Palm Beach or Anti-Defamation League.

My brother, Rick Stiskin, and I, Ellen Stiskin Hurwitz, remember Eunice from our earliest years as a loving friend of our Mom and Dad and as Mom of Rick and Toby. She was ever kind and thoughtful, opening home and heart as if we were family.

We await the time when death will be a thing of the past. May Jehovah be with the family and friends as they are experiencing a great loss. My sincere regards.
