

He was the eldest son and born on December 13, 1981 to Horace Jerome Salmon and Sandra Dee Clarke in Stamford, CT. Joel graduated from Westhill High School and after obtained his Automotive Technician Certificate from Porter and Chester Institute. Joel worked with the State of CT Emissions and Jiffy Lube and was proud of his CDL Class A License and started working with many companies utilizing his skill up until the day of his passing. Joel was an avid biker and loved to ride all his motorcycles, terrain vehicles and cars and as far as work his big rig trucks and trailers.
Joel is survived by his parents Horace Jerome Salmon and Sandra Dee Clarke, brother David Quinn Clarke Guy, stepfather Orville Guy, paternal sisters Chellel Salmon, Christina Salmon, paternal brother Shomari Salmon, uncles John Clarke, Jr., Ron Clarke Sr., Leonard Pitters Jr., aunts, Andrea Clarke, Carol Clarke, Elisa Oliphant and Nessa Murray. A host of cousins, great aunts and great uncles, friends, girlfriend Ivette Ortiz and her daughter Jayla Parler . He was predeceased by his brother Christopher Salmon, grandparents, John Clarke Sr., Carmen Clarke, Leonard Pitters Sr., Monica Smith-Edwards, and aunt Sandy Lee Campbell-Jones Families and friends may call on Saturday, August 19th from 9:30am-11:00am for viewing at St. John's Episcopal Church, 628 Main Street, Stamford.
