Joyce Elaine Bell passed away on April 11, 2011 at St. Vincent’s Hospital. She was born on May 28, 1948 in the Bronx, New York, eldest daughter of the Late William Lee and Ruth Bell of Stamford, Connecticut, she is survived by one daughter, Tracey Hope Williams and son-in-law Allen Williams, one brother Randy Bell, sister Donna Bell and a nephews; William Graziano, Oliver Wright III and Randell Bell, one niece Crystal Wright and, a host of grand nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by; brothers Robert Bell, William Bell Jr, Mark Bell and sisters Linda Bell Wright and Kimberly Bell. A Memorial service will be held on Monday, April 18, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home 2900 Summer Street, Stamford CT. Donald Robertson Officiating. Interment will be private.
