June Ruth Haggerty

June was born on May 13, 1950, the eldest daughter of the late J. Peter and Florence Haggerty. After many years spent in Greenwich Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital, she proudly graduated from Greenwich High School in 1970. June was a kind and gentle soul with an innocent and generous heart.

June was predeceased by her devoted parents who lovingly spent many years tending to her care and comfort. She is survived by her eldest brother, Peter; her sisters, Bonnie (Roy) Coggin; Janice (Steve) Stearns; Betty Jean (Allen) Schmid; Beth Ferenc; Joan (Pete) Poillon; Jaculin (David) McHugh; Brooke (Rich) Cottle; 7 nieces, 8 nephews, 3 grand nieces and 3 grand nephews. She was also predeceased by her brother-in-law, John Ferenc.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, August 2 at 10:00 a.m., St. Mary Church, 178 Greenwich Ave., Greenwich, CT. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours.
