Born in Medford, Massachusetts on April 21, 1955, he was the son of Edward Mackey and Corrine Terrio. He was employed at The Italian Center of Stamford and worked as a supervisor after 20 years in the printing industry.
Kevin enjoyed people and was a talker like no other. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and ability to make people laugh.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Stagliano-Mackey and his two children, Michael and Megan Mackey of Stamford. He is also survived by his sister Debbie Mackey, his two brothers, Tom Mackey (wife Patty) and Steve Mackey as well as multiple nieces all from Wisconsin. He was predeceased by both of his parents, Edward Mackey and Corrine Terrio.
After over three months in the hospital and rehab, all Kevin wanted was to come home. Therefore, honoring his wishes, Kevin will be cremated and his ashes will be brought home. A celebration of life will be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his family members in August.
