Sadie G Oberman

She was predeceased by her husband, Max Oberman. Sadie was a stay at home mom and assisted in her husband's business.

Mrs. Oberman is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Martin and Laura Saltzman, her children Lana Oberman of Newtown, CT, Anita Pettengill and her husband Donato Telesco of Newtown, Ct, Debbie Oberman and her husband Ira Levine of Hamden, CT and Edward Oberman and his wife Lee Ann of Sewell, New Jersey. Her grandchildren, Vanessa, Samantha and Zachary Pettengill, Jennifer, Sarah and Daniel Oberman and Max and Rebecca Oberman-Levine and her great grandchildren, Marcelino and Aly Pettengill. Also survived are three nephews, Charles, Mark and Ben and two nieces Elaine and Susan.

Services will be held at Agudath Sholom Synagogue, 301 Strawberry Hill Avenue in Stamford, CT on Friday, July 20, 2012 at 1 PM. Shivah will be from Sunday through Wednesday evening at 182 Magee Drive, Hamden, CT.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations will be made to the Jewish Home for the Elderly, 75 Jefferson Street, Fairfield, CT.
