Dearest Wally,
I just heard today of your passing. I am so so sad, I loved you so much you were a big part of my heart. I enjoyed our talks and keeping in touch all through the years. I wish I knew that you passed I would have come to say goodbye... I know your dancing with Marilyn now and tell her I said thank you for coming into my dreams to say she's in a better place. I will miss you always
Love, Marissa

Sat quietly early this morning with only the birds chirping and said prayers for Uncle Wally-I know he is in heaven now with Aunt Marilyn which is comforting. One of my sweetest memories of him and what I will miss most is receiving his Christmas card with his famous stickers all over the card - I have them all saved as a wonderful memory of a sweet gentleman. Love you, RIP Uncle Wally <3

NOW HE IS IN HEAVEN WITH MY AUNT MARILYN, AND THEY CAN DECORATE FOR CHRISTMAS TOGETHER. WE WILL MISS THOSE CARDS FROM HIM THAT WERE ALWAYS ADORNED WITH 50 STICKERS.

Dear Grandpa,
Happpy Birthday up in heaven. We will miss more than you will ever know. You were so special to us and we know you are now with Grandma and wish we could give you both a big hug and kiss!

Love your Grandchildren,
Alphonse and Brianna

Not Truly Gone

Grandpa slipped away,
Quietly one day.
He simply went to sleep,
No more to wake or weep.

Now we gather here
And quietly shed a tear,
As we lay him in the ground,
No solace to be found.

But Grandpa's not truly gone,
Because his memory lives on,
In all of us who loved him,
Never to be forgotten.

Love Alphonse and Brianna

If Tears Could Build A Stairway

If tears could build a stairway
And memories were a lane
We would walk right up to Heaven
And bring you back again

No farewell words were spoken
No time to say goodbye
You were gone before we knew it
And only God knows why

Our hearts still ache in sadness
And secret tears still flow
What it meant to lose you
No one will ever know

But now we know you want us
To mourn for you no more
To remember all the happy times
Life still has much in store

Since you'll never be forgotten
We pledge to you today
A hallowed place within our hearts
I where you'll always stay
