Barbara Hubbard Howell

Mrs. Howell was born in Gaston County and was the daughter of the late Burrell and Lacy Baucom Hubbard.

Mrs. Howell was a former employee of Lakewood Dye and Yarn Company, Cramerton and was a member of the Stanley Church of God.

Mrs. Howell is survived by her husband of 43 years, Steve Howell; one sister, Dorothy Hicks of Lowell and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p. m. Wednesday at Carothers Funeral Home, Stanley and at other times, the family will be at the home of Richard Lingerfelt, 920 Edgemont Avenue, Belmont.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p. m. Wednesday at the Chapel of Carothers Funeral Home, Stanley with Rev. Mike Whisnant officiating.

Interment will follow at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
