Debbie was born on May 21, 1953, in Morton County, North Dakota. She was raised by her late grandmother, Katherine Geiger and her late aunt, Bertha Geiger.
Debbie loved spending time at the beach, especially the Outer Banks, and she held a special place in her heart for the state of West Virginia. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed reading books and working on crossword puzzles in her spare time. She will be missed by those who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Eugene Thomas.
