Freddie Fulton Scott, 71, of Stanley, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia, North Carolina. He was born in Alexandria, Virginia and was the son of the late Clarence and Eva Reedy Scott.
Mr. Scott was a retired auto mechanic.
Mr. Scott is survived by his daughter, Sally Ferens of Stanley; son, Thomas Bowser of Stanley; former wife, Janice Scott of Stanley; three grandchildren, Nicholas, Theodore, and Alexandra Ferens; three sisters, Jean Hall, Darlene Scott, Debbie Scott all of Virginia; brother, Billy Scott of Virginia.
Interment will be private and at a later date.
