Allan H. Roberts

Allan H. Roberts, age 83, of Staten Island, New York passed away on Thursday April 26, 2018 at Clove Lakes Nursing Home . Allan was born October 13, 1934. He was a devoted Husband , Brother , Uncle and friend .

Allan served proudly in the US Army Infantry in Germany . He received his Bachelors Degree at NYU . He was employed by Sumitomo Sohji Corp. of America . Throughout the years Allan was the author of 2 published railroad historical books and became a very valuable source of information on railroad history . It was his primary interest along with an extensive collection of World War II and 1939 NY Worlds Fair memorabilia . Allan is survived by his wife Loretta , Brother John , Sister Joan and 13 nieces and nephews .A funeral mass will be held in St.Anns RC Church on Monday April 30th at 11am .

A burial for Allan will be held Monday, April 30, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery, 840 Cranbury South River Rd, Jamesburg, New Jersey 08831-3030.
