Alma (Kessel) Rigatti, 88, a lifelong Staten Islander, passed away on March 24, 2017. Born in the Concord neighborhood of Staten Island, Mrs. Rigatti was a student of P.S. 12 and then McKee High School. She married her childhood sweetheart, Bruno Rigatti, in 1948. She is also survived by her sons-in-law, Ferdinand Alvaro and John Bryant, and many nieces and nephews. Her husband of over 67 years, Bruno, passed away in October 2015, and her son-in-law, Robert C. Liander, passed away March 2016.
