Ann Marie Denisi

Ann Marie Denisi, 74 Family matriarch, native Staten Islander Ann Marie Denisi, 74, passed away on June 28, 2016, at Richmond University Medical Center, S.I., N.Y. Ann lived in West Brighton, S.I., for 24 years. She was a native Staten Islander who attended St. John Villa from kindergarten through grade 12. For over 35 years, Ann was an insurance collector for Co-Face. She loved traveling, shopping, baking, and cooking, but most importantly, loved spending time with her family. Ann was the matriarch to her immediate family of two daughters, Patricia Monroe-Burke and Ann Marie D'albero; five grandchildren, Kayla, Brittany, Frank, Ashley, and Gabriella, and great- granddaughter, Sophia. She was a sister to Irene Carducci, Rose Meyers, Charles Fontaino and the late Frank Fontaino. Ann was a companion to John Ryan. Services are being handled by Casey Funeral Home, 350 Slosson Ave., S. I., N.Y. 10314 (718) 477-4242. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral will be held on Friday, July 1, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament, 30 Manor Rd., S.I.
