Anna Siniscalchi

Anna Maria “Nonna” Siniscalchi, 99, passed away peacefully at The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center on Monday September 11th, 2023, surrounded by her family. She is survived by her beloved children Mima, Tomas, and Rosa, her grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Anna was pre-deceased by her husband.

Anna was born and raised in San Martino d’Agri, Italy where she and Mario wed on August 13th, 1948; after the war they migrated to Buenos Aires, Argentina where they raised their three children. Afterwards, Anna and her family relocated to New York where she resided much of her life.

Anna was always extremely active. She loved cooking, gardening, knitting, and enjoyed playing cards with family. She cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. These moments and memories will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew her.
