

Endwell, NY resident who 'never stopped missing Staten Island' Anne K. Jensen, a native Staten Islander, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2022, at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Ralph E. Jensen, and son-in-law, Joseph L. Wolfer. The youngest of 5 children born to Julie A. and William H. Kimball, Anne was predeceased by her siblings Grace Kimball, Julia Kolb, Alice Borkowski, and William Kimball. Anne and Ralph enjoyed traveling to many places. Their favorites were Ireland, England, Cape May, and Martha's Vineyard. She will be remembered for her stories of life on her beloved Staten Island and summers spent at the family cottage in Putnam Lake. After losing her husband, Anne moved to Endwell, NY to be near her daughter. While she never stopped missing Staten Island, she made many friends, and won the affection of residents and staff at Good Shepherd Village. Anne is survived by her only child, Julie A. Wolfer, step-grandsons Matthew (Beth) Wolfer, and Jeremy (Heather Brooks) Wolfer, step-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her cat Honey.
