I will always remember the Cappuccis as being a big part of my early childhood summers when I came to Brooklyn to see my cousins, the Iaconos, at 182 Bay 8th Street. The favorite times of my life were when we were at the park causing mischief with Franny, Sally Boy, and Joanie Roma. Cootie was like the big brother I never had. Though he probably wouldn't have remembered me, I will always remember the influence he had on my life and the good times I shared in the Cappucci/Roma household. They were very family oriented people and I admired that about them and, in my adult life, emulated the love and closeness they shared. There are people that you never forget even though they don't even realize the effect they had on you. Anthony was one of those people. I am thankful to have known him. (Lorraine Oaks Holst)

My cousin Anthony(Cootie) and I were raised as brothers in the same Roma household 196 Bay 8th ST Bklyn N.Y. We shared many good memories there. He always watched out for me playing sports, building cars or enjoying our love for baseball. I was lucky enough to speak to him before he passed and he told me to take care of myself and the family. I will always remember his words and cherish the time we had together as a family. R.I.P. Cousin.
