Twenty-Third Psalm The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul; He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil, my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

My heart goes out to you Josephine, and Junior. I am so sorry for the loss of your husband, father, and my dear friend. He was the king of one line jokes, every joke I still tell, came from him.
I have fond memories of going out to Babylon, on his Boston Whaler digging for clams, with Tony, Gene, and Carl. The clams we dug would eventually become baked clams, thanks to Tony's sisters. Tony was so looking forward to doing this again with their new place in Babylon this summer, after Covid.
He had a heart of gold, the most thoughtful person, he always sent cards and Polish goodie packages to me out on the Left Coast. You will be missed my dear friend. With love,
Stan and Karin Porzuczek xoxo

Our deepest sympathies and condolences to Josephine, Anthony Jr and their family. i would like to tell you about my friendship with Tony.
Who was Anthony or Tony as we called him. I hear he was a great husband and a great father,a great friend and more,,
I will tell you a story who he was to me and how we met.
Back in 1972 I was hitchhiking from Staten Island home and cars were passing by and no one was stopping and it was getting late.
So i say to myself I will walk to the bus stop and head home .
As i started walking a station wagon pulls up and says where you heading--Brooklyn I say--Tony says hop in.
From that day forward our friendship developed that lasted nearly 50 years.
What was he you may ask?I will tell you he was a mountain of a man with a mission to serve others with passion and a smile.
When you may say ? how about a countless no of times he was there for family ,friends, and people he just met,Ask anyone who knew him,
At times he would tell me his schedule working from 5am to sunset,,
Where you may ask ?how about long island,Brooklyn and Staten Island,NYC,,
As I think of him late at night at times i would cry and laugh at the same time,That is how much he will be missed,,,
How much will he be missed?Like i said before he was a mountain of a man and he will be missed like a whole mountain.
Tony touched so many lives and although he is no longer with us his memory will forever be embedded in our hearts.
We are all blessed to know you Tony.
Who knew that hitching this ride would be the best ride of my life.
As Tony continues his new journey I am sure he will pick up new hitchhikers along the new path and enrich their life.
May Tony's soul rest in peace we all pray and with God's grace may we meet again.
We all love you Tony , Your friend Gene

Plus so many quotes 2000 Characters on this forum will not fit .
“If ya want things done right do it yourself”
“ if it was easy everyone would do it”
“ have a little pride in what u do”
“Do work now we’ll do somethin else later.”
“Women are a lot like snow.. “(can’t finish that one LOL ).. my buddies know this one well!
“ with a little faith in God anything is possible”
“ have a goal and a 5 year plan you’ll get there”
“ bust your a** now so u don’t have to later like me”
“ I had to bust my hump later in life because I watched too much batman ”
The ciro stories (RIP)
The fishing trips
The trips to the cemetery on holidays or a random Sunday or “play hooky” during work to go visit Papa Jerry , put down flowers and get a special lunch
Trips to Babylon to our favorite spot for Fra Diavolo while u told me secrets and stories from the old neighborhood or summertime stories how u walked “5 miles to summer school”
Sopranos quotes and movie quotes you’ll randomly text me at 2 am when u couldn’t sleep and ask if I wanna go to the colonnade with you ( god I wish I said yes more)
Our stubborn arguments but your cards of love afterwards I’d find in my mailbox
Then younger memories of us together “wrestling on the button”... how to “fix the car” when I was little under the coffee table ... “pots and pans” battles ... teaching me everything from street wise lessons to tools and life.. to girlfriend heartaches .. to papa jerry lessons and your adolescent memories.
As I write thisI’m crying looking at your picture of you in black & white- I still wanna be u . You are my best friend always. Love- your Son and lil Buddy...- Anthony

Anthony was loved by everyone who meet him along life’s journey. We wished he could have stayed longer with us but God needed him. We must all try our best to follow in his footsteps. He never said a bad word about anyone. He will be dearly missed . Rest In Peace our dearest friend,

You are a gentleman, a tough soul, and a bright man full of laughs.

We met some years back at the iron gate warehouse and spent some
Time ..

You gave me some advice that saved me and I will never forget . Wise man I had the pleasure of meeting .
