I am so very saddened to hear about the passing of Betty Ann. I only recently found out about her death. She was my childhood best friend. We lived on the same block and were very close all thru our youth and teenage years. My heart was broken.  My condolences to her family. I have so many fond memories of her and things we did. She has always had a special place in my heart even though we traveled different paths in life. . She was great person and truly a special friend! RIP my dear friend. 

I am extremely sad to hear about Bettyann.  I was close with Bettyann while my tour in the USMS in SDNY. I had the great pleasure of working with Bettyann and later she was assigned to me in my squad. Bettyann was a terrific individual and would always be there to help out.  She was a good friend and co-worker, and will be missed.

Betty Ann and I worked closely together when she worked in the Asset Forfeiture Unit.  We shared a lot of laughs together, and  I always admired her strong work ethic.  Although she took her work seriously, she had time to see the lighter side of difficult circumstances.  I appreciated her humor and intelligence.  I was shocked to hear that she had passed.  I will miss you, Betty Ann. 

Betty was our neighbor for the past 30 years.We shovelled snow together, shared beers in the backyard together and watched each other's houses. She will surely be missed by those who knew her. My prayers go out to her family and friends who she cherished at this difficult time.

I worked with Betty Ann on assignment in 2001 in NY and was impressed with her confidence and how she took care of business when needed. A few years later at JSI school we immediately clicked finding her outgoing and adventurous and somebody that could actually keep up with me on my crazy walks.  On assignment together in DC  we must have power walked the city and monuments for 4-5 hours every night after work until one of us realized how late it was getting and that we had to get up the next morning just to do it again the next night and the next.  I always looked forward to seeing Betty Ann’s name on any assignment lists knowing that I was going to get a lot of walking in with her and some great conversations.  Betty Ann was a class act and respected by all. You did good my friend- Rest in Peace!

I worked closely with Bettyann from the mid-80s through the 90s.   She was smart and funny, and had an irrepressible resiliency and was a terrific colleague.  I'm stunned to learn of her passing and offer sincere condolences to her family and friends.

As the Circuit Executive for the Second Circuit, I worked with Betty Ann throughout my tenure until her retirement from the USMS/SDNY.   It was a joy to work with Betty Ann.  She was dedicated to the entire Court Family at Foley Square, carrying out her duties with intelligence, thoughtfulness and good humor.  I am devastated by her premature passing.  I will never forget her.  My deepest condolences to her family and friends.  May the angels greet her and lead her into Paradise.

I had the pleasure of being one of the “girls” at the Courthouse.  We went to lunch every Friday and even traveled to Italy together.  She was such a wonderful friend, always kind and caring, and always there to listen.  I can’t imagine a world without her in it.  I’ll especially miss all the laughs we had when we were all together.  I’m thankful that she’s not suffering anymore, but my heart is broken.   I will keep her and her family in my prayers. Very sorry to hear the loss of Bettyann.  I met Bettyann through the USMS in 1991.  She was always kind and friendly.  I worked with her over many times including after 9/11.  She was great to work with always lots of laughs.  Se will be missed by many.  May she rest in peace.
