

Born Catherine Noone in Brooklyn, she graduated from Fort Hamilton High School there.
She settled in Great Kills in 1962.
Primarily a homemaker, she later worked in the operations department of the former Staten Island Saving Bank main branch in Tompkinsville.
Mrs. Magee volunteered for 10 years at Priests for Life.
She was a member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians.
Mrs. Magee enjoyed listening to Irish music and liked to watch classic movies. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She was a parishioner of St. Clare's R.C. Church, Great Kills.
Her husband of 16 years, Thomas Sr., died in 1972.
Surviving are her sons, Terry, Thomas Jr. and Robert; her daughters, Margaret Barranta and Linda Tapia; four sisters, Mary Murphy, Anne McDonough, Patricia McCafferty and Nora Ryan; 19 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Thursday from the Casey McCallum Rice South Shore Funeral Home, Great Kills, with a mass at 9:45 a.m. in St. Clare's Church. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Red Bank, N.J.
