The native of Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, moved to Huguenot in the 1960s and lived there until entering the nursing home.
She loved taking care of her family, especially cooking for them. She also liked to bowl and enjoyed visits to Atlantic City with her husband.
"She had a reputation for being a great cook and made many Italian dishes," said her son, Edwin Jr.
Edwin Sr., her husband of 68 years, died in 2008.
Along with her son, Edwin Jr., surviving are her sons, Richard and Ronald; her daughter, Barbara Ann; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Casey Funeral Home, Castleton Corners. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Franklin Township, N.J.
