Colleen Passman

Colleen was the daughter of the late Philip Tedeschi and Jean (Labriola) Tedeschi. She was the beloved wife of Howard, who she married on February 2, 1969 in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away in 2015. Colleen was the twin sister of Kaye, who passed away in 2022. Colleen is survived by her son Philip, daughter-in-law Carrie and grandson Alexander. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Colleen was born in Manhattan and was a long time resident of Brooklyn before moving to Staten Island in 2015. She worked for the Metropolitan Transit Authority for close to 25 years. Colleen will be deeply missed by all.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer’s Association would be appreciated.

There will be a visitation and funeral service held at Casey-McCallum Rice Funeral Home, located at 30 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308. The service is scheduled for November 15, 2025 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

A committal service will follow at Ocean View The Cemetery Beautiful, located at 3315 Amboy Rd, New York, NY, 10306, on November 15, 2025, from 11:30 am to 11:45 am.
