Dan was my friend for more than 50 years. He was part of my family and I was part of his.The memories that we shared together are almost too many to remember but they were always great for a good story. .There can be no substitute for his presence in my life. Fortunately, we spent the last few months sharing the challenges before him and we were able to say goodbye to each other on the morning of his operation. He was a wonderful human being and part of my heart forever. My love to his children, Dan and Sabrina, grandson Landon, his brothers Jimmy and Michael and his dear wife. They know how I feel about them. .I am a much better man in life because of him. He is now in God's hands. God bless you my dear brother. I love you.

I first remember meeting Dan the summer of 98 in Philadelphia. A gregarious lively personable man. My Internet friendship with him and his sweet wife Mandy continued through several more visits to Philadelphia and then on to Myrtle Beach South Carolina after they left the Northeast and came to the Deep South to join us Southerners. I am thankful for his continued friendship and hospitality. My wish for his wife Mandy daughter Sabrina son Daniel and grandson Landon is to know that the memory of their father and grandfather lives on in the hearts of many.

I never didn't have Danny in my life, he was always just there. He didn't have as great an impact on me, like he did with my older siblings, since i wasn't around him much as a kid, but he was always good fun to be around. He was this sort of legendary figure, you know. A good man in a world with very few good men. He'll be missed.
