My since condolences to Pops family. He was one of a kind. He will be greatly missed. May he rest on peace.

Dear Pagnotta Family,
My heart aches with you. I did not know your father well, but from the few times I met him I can only describe him as a man who exuberated Joy and Laughter which could only come from someone who knows how to Love abundantly.  This loss is tremendous, but please keep his spirit alive within you and his legacy of Joy, Laughter and Love will never pass away. May he rest in the arms of Our Lord, Jesus, until we meet again.

Dominic, you were my big brother and I will always remember our time together. You will be missed and my world is empty without you.  I love you so much. Rest easy with all our loved ones.  Watch over all of us.

Poppy I have so many memories with you the best of it is how you showed  me what family is! How to continue to stand on my feet and be a hard worker!! You were such a great man. Showed me love all the time! Always made me laugh and then offered me  limoncello!!!!  I am going to miss you! Rest in paradise poppy I’ll make sure mixxy is ok! I love you !

How do you put a lifetime of love into words?

Poppy, you were never just my grandfather. You were my father. You helped raise me, protected me, guided me, and loved me through every chapter of my life. So much of the woman I am today is because of you.

Some of my greatest memories have you in them, but what I will miss most are the little things—the sound of your voice, your jokes, being able to sit beside you, talk to you, hug you, and simply know you were there.

I hope you knew how deeply I loved you. Being there with you until the end was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else. I would have stayed beside you forever if I could.

My heart knows you were tired and it was time for you to rest, but the little girl inside of me still wants her Poppy back.

Thank you for raising me. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for being the father I needed and for giving me a lifetime of memories that even death can never take away.

This isn’t goodbye, Poppy. It’s until I see you again.

I love you more than words could ever say. Always your Che Che.

I feel incredibly lucky to have had my grandfather in my life for as long as I did. The time, memories, and love we shared are something I’ll always be grateful for.
