Mrs. Bianco worked as a telephone operator for Verizon. She retired in the 1990s.
She was a member of the Assumption Columbiettes.
Mrs. Bianco was family-oriented and was known for her sweet and generous nature.
Her husband of 29 years, Luca F., died in 1979.
Surviving are her son, Vito; her daughter, Marilyn Bianco; two brothers, Martin and Frank Pesce, and her sister, Lucielle Nastro.
The funeral is Friday from the Casey Funeral Home, Castleton Corners, with a mass at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart R.C. Church, West Brighton. Burial will be in Moravian Cemetery, New Dorp.
