Frank was surrounded by his loving children. Frank was a devoted Father & Grandfather he is survived by his 3 children, Crystal Azzato, Francesca Azzato and Frank Azzato IV, and his only Grandson DeAndre "ChuChu" Azzato.
Frank served his country in Vietnam only to continue his service as a Police Officer and Detective.
Frank had a heart of pure gold if you were lucky enough to call him your friend you would have experienced his kindness and compassion for the ones he loved.
