

Retired Correction officer, beloved husband, Uncle, Great Uncle, Brother, and friend. Frank P. Monti (72) died May 21 2022 peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Frank was a Corrections Officer for the City of NY for 21 years. After retirement he began a second career with the security Department of White and Case in Manhattan. Frank was a diehard New York Yankees fan, a New York Rangers fan and a true New Yorker. In his younger years he was very active with many Staten Island slow pitch softball leagues. In his retirement years he would spend every Christmas and New Years in Las Vegas with his wife Sharon. They would also make frequent trips to Atlantic City to gamble. Frank was born in Manhattan in the lower east side.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years Sharon, two sisters, Silvia and Virginia and her spouse Ronald.
Survived by his Brother in law and sister in law Deborah and Victor, and Brother in law Howard and fiancé Ellen and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and lifelong friends.
