Gilda "Jill" Alfano

Gilda "Jill" Alfano, born June 28, 1946, in Brooklyn, New York, peacefully passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at the age of 77. She resided in Staten Island since 1990, initially in the Annadale section, and later moved to the Bay Terrace section in 2004.

Gilda is survived by her loving husband, Louis Alfano, her devoted brother, John Perrini, her two sons, Pasquale Raucci and Lou Alfano, and her five grandchildren, Antonio, Alissa, Lucia, Ashley, and the late Madison Rochelle Alfano.

A visitation for Jill will be held Wednesday, February 14, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Casey McCallum Rice South Shore Funeral Home, 30 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 11:00 AM at St. Clares Church, 110 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308. A committal service will occur Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 12:30 PM at Resurrection Cemetery, 391 Sharott Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10309.

Gilda will be remembered for her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love for her family. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
