Irma was born in Puerto Rico on April 4th, 1950.
Irma married Wilfredo Montalvo senior on August 3rd, 1968. They had 2 children together, Valerie and Wilfredo.She had 2 granddaughters, Ashely and Priscilla, who she loved very much and helped her daughter in law Omayra raise them.
She was a very caring and loving person who graduated from cosmetology school and became a hair stylist. Later in life she became a home health aide, taking care of the elderly.
Irma was a talented artist who loved to draw and especially with her granddaughters.

A visitation for Irma will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Casey McCallum Rice South Shore Funeral Home, 30 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308. A funeral service will occur Friday, September 10, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Calvary Chapel, 30 Maple Pkwy, Staten Island, NY 10303. A committal service will occur Friday, September 10, 2021 at 11:45 AM at Rosehill Cemetery, 350 E Linden Ave, Linden, NJ 07036.
