Jerry was born in Brooklyn on September 14, 1939 and graduated from Lafayette High School. He married the love of his life, Rosemarie (nee Mauro) on January 5, 1963 and moved to Staten Island. Together, they raised a beautiful family in South Beach, where he remained a devoted and caring family man up until his death.
Jerry retired from the New York City Transit Authority where he worked as a brake maintainer for over 20 years. He was also a gifted jeweler and made his wife and daughters many pieces that they will forever cherish.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 63 years, Rosemarie, his three daughters Grace Provenzano (Gino), Rose Vanore (Eric), Joanne Piccolo (Robert), his grandchildren Danamarie (Bobby), Dominic (Nicole), Andrew, Matthew, Gabriella, Robert and his great-grandchildren, Livia Ro, Lucy, and Jerry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at casey funeral home, 350 Slosson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314-4512, US, on October 25, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at Holy Rosary Church, 80 Jerome Ave, New York, NY 10305, US, on October 26, 2026, at 9:30 am.
A Committal Service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery, 361 Sharrott Ave, New York, NY 10309, US, on October 26, 2026, at 11:30 am.
