John P. Gaudioso

John P. Gaudioso born on 12/29/44 in Brooklyn, NY to Peter and Brunette Gaudioso. John is the loving brother of Angela Gaudioso, adored father of Jessica(Paul), Janene(Mike) and John(Katy). Devoted grandfather of Carissa, Christopher(Nola), Alexandra, Michael and Serafina. Great-grandfather of Adriana and Uncle to Olivia.

John was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, and member of the American Legion. He was a die-hard Yankee fan, had a profound knowledge of US history, and was a lover of all music. He was specifically fond of Frank Sinatra, or as he called him “Francis Albert”.

He was proud to say he worked his “41 Big Ones” at the Federal Reserve Bank of NY where he made life-long friends.

John was a kind, selfless, generous, and devoted man. His greatest source of pride was his family. If anyone knew John, they knew he would move mountains for his family. The love they shared was insurmountable.

Also, if you were in John’s presence, you wouldn’t escape his sense of humor. He lovingly nicknamed everyone around him, whether they were friends or family. Some include the Fuzz, the ghost, the baby, the princess, Stormin Norman, and the chief, to name a few. His quick whit, sarcasm, and dry sense of humor always lit up a room. The laughter would always lead to him.

His love, his humor, his laugh, and his memories will be sorely missed, but will never be forgotten.
