Born in Brooklyn, NY, Josephine attended New Utrecht High School and received her GED. She worked as a bookkeeper at J&A Santos Bakery in Brooklyn, and worked in the billing department of Coney Island Hospital.
Josephine was an active church-goer and member of St. Clare’s Roman Catholic Church. She loved to dance, color, and travel with her partner Robert Sarno. She will be remembered for her strong faith and her endless kindness.
Josephine is predeceased by her beloved husband, Vincent F. Priola and sons, Ralph Priola and Leo Priola.
Josephine is survived by her sister Fanny Labisi (Sal), her sister-in-law Minnie Curuilli (Vinnie), her daughters Annie Allen (Mark), Louise Romano (Russell) and Mary Minichiello (Jerry); Her daughter-in-law, Susan Priola, her companion Robert Sarno and her ten loving grandchildren; Vincent, Victoria, Mark, Christina, Nicholas, Mariann, Joseph, Michael, Matthew and Joseph.
