He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Marta, his children, Janetta Soffa-Hale and Richard (Ellie) Soffa and his grandsons, Troy and Ian. He was an avid runner that completed over 50 marathons and half-marathons from Košice to cities all across the US (including Chicago, Boston and New York, to name a few). Jozef will always be remembered as a man who loved his family, could always be seen with a smile on his face and made everyone around him smile, too
