Born Kathleen Warnock in Brooklyn, she was brought to Staten Island as a child and graduated from Tottenville High School in 1967.
She was a dedicated homemaker and she also spent several years working as a secretary for Colgate-Palmolive.
She loved animals and enjoyed horseback riding and gardening in her leisure time.
Her husband, Robert, died in 2005.
Surviving are a son, Timothy Scotto; a sister, Betty Turkus, and one grandchild.
The funeral will be Thursday from the Casey Funeral Home, Castleton Corners, with a mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady Star of the Sea R.C. Church, Huguenot. Arrangements include cremation. Arrangements under the direction of Casey Funeral Home, Staten Island, NY.
