A very sweet lady who will be missed..... Over the years I knew her, Laverne would have a thousand watt smile, that she would share with anyone.... She loved her children often times to a fault and when her husband died a while back, although she would never admit, I knew she missed him greatly..... Now after her passing, the two will be at last together, resting again, side by side....

When someone you love goes to heaven, a little bit of heaven will always be in your heart...and so will you, Laverne. I loved the time we shared when I lived with you & the family on Post Avenue, such good times and great memories. You truly have been a sister to me and I know that you'll be with me always. My life was better because you were in it. I'm grateful and I love you.
