I can't believe Linda has passed away. I worked at ASCAP for a short time, but we met on an AOL chat room many years ago. We continued our friendship online for at least 20 years, but we never met in person. I just found out that she passed away in 2015.
I hope she is free of pain and Rests in Peace.

There are no words to adequately express how difficult this loss of Linda is, and will continue to be, to her family and all the lives that are fortunate enough to have known and loved her. Rest peacefully Linda - until we meet again.

I'm still trying to understand how this could have happened. I will always remember her support throughout the many years, her kindness and her wisdom. She was taken away much too soon.  Heaven has gotten one incredible angel.  May she rest in peace.

Linda was a kind and gentle soul with a quiet demeanor.  But underneath that demeanor was incredible strength.  The same strength I witnessed in you these past few days.  There is a void in the lives of those she touched. I'm happy to have known and worked with Linda and to have been a part of her life.  My sincere condolences to Chris and his family. Oh Chris I am so sorry. She was taken away from us too soon.  I treasure all the years Linda and I were friends at ASCAP and after when we talked over the phone about how happy we were that we were retired.  I will truly miss her.
