Born Lucille Andretti in Brooklyn, she graduated from Lafayette High School there. She lived in her native borough for 60 years before moving to Great Kills in 2006.
Mrs. Branowski began her career in banking as a teller, then worked for various bank branches in Brooklyn as a manager. In 2004, she became a branch manager for Victory State Bank, a position she held for three years.
In her leisure time, she loved to go shopping.
Surviving are her husband of seven years, Edward Branowski; her sons, Charles and Peter Sciabarra; her daughter, JennyMarie Dantone; two brothers, Peter and Joseph Andretti, and five grandchildren.
The funeral will be Monday from the Casey McCallum Rice South Shore Funeral Home, Great Kills, with a mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady Star of the Sea R.C Church, Huguenot. Entombment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Middle Village, Queens.
