Lucy Catello

Lucy Catello, resident of Grant City. Born April 17th, 1922 was a former Department of Education employee for 27 years. She married Dominick Catello in 1948, whom she was predeceased by in 1995. Beloved Mother to Marie Palemine (Joey), Patricia Catello and the late Peter Catello (Marguerite). Cherished Grandmother to Loriann Peraino (Keith), Dominick Catello (Caryn), Luciann Corcillo and Gina Palemine. Adored Great Grandmother to Michael Peraino, Peter Peraino, Madison Catello, Elliana Catello, Julianna Catello.

She passed away at home with family around her on January 17th. A mentor to all, her happiness came from spending time with her family, which was her pride and joy, going to Atlantic City and listening to Frank Sinatra.

A visitation for Lucy will be held Tuesday, January 21, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Casey Funeral Home, 350 Slosson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314.

A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 10:30 AM at St. Christopher Roman Catholic Church, 130 Midland Ave, Staten Island, NY 10306.

A committal service will occur Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 11:15 AM at Moravian Cemetery, 2205 Richmond Rd, Staten Island, NY 10306.
