Mom, I know you were starting to get very tired and that your last few days were the hardest of all for you. You were and will always be an amazing mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. You have taught us so much and have always been there for every one of us. When we were little, you were with us and our friends all the time. Everyone has memories of you. You were (and are) truly a gem. Dad and Vito are lucky to have you with them. It is our loss but it is only temporary. We will be together again. We will continue on as you have taught us. To be ourselves, to love everyone and mostly to be strong. Of all that you have taught me, your strength is what keeps me going. I hope I can continue on as you showed us.

Going to your house yesterday and not seeing you sitting in you seat was very hard. There is a void. But the comfort is knowing where you are and who you are with. We loved you and will always love you. May you rest in peace for eternity.

Dear sweet, kind Mamie, always there for her friends and family. Always watching out for my girls, without me ever asking her to. You will be missed and now you are a forever angel watching over your family and smiling down on them. Rest in Eternal Peace my dear friend!

There is so much I can say about this wonderful woman. She was mother to all of us. She had a great sense of
humor. She took no Bull from anyone. She had a heart of Gold! She cared for you, shared your joys and sorrows, her door was always open. I will never forget her ever watchful eye on my daughters whether Samantha was in the street or riding her bike carelessly. Or if Access-A-Ride did not pull up to the curb making it difficult for Jenn to get on. Or, when Jennifer came home, Mamie watched until she safely got into the house. She was a true neighbor, friend, Christian. Rest in Peace dear Mamie. From my heart.....Thank You.
