Margaret Louise DeLaune

Born Margaret (Marge) Masiello and raised in Port Richmond, she was previously married to Kenneth Harvey who predeceased her.

Graduated from Port Richmond High School and worked at The Arthur Kill Correctional Facility for over 20 years where she gave back to her community by organizing an amazing Holiday Celebration each year for all the children and families of Arthur Kill. After overseeing all the accreditation reviews for Arthur Kill, she was promoted to Deputy of Queensboro Correctional Facility where she retired in 2009.

She will always be remembered for her love of Disney, her passion for reading, Hallmark movies, holidays, and her amazing talent for finding the beauty and happiness in everyday moments. She loved her family above all. Her kindness and unmistakable sparkle will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

She is survived by her loving husband Darryl; her sister Maryann; her daughter Judi; her son Kenneth and his wife Anita;

her daughter Michelle and husband Roland; five grandchildren Dorothy and husband Matthew, Aurora and husband Frank, Michael, Kenny and Connor; her niece Rebecca and husband Marc, nephew Ralph and wife Elizabeth, nephew Douglas; great-nieces Ruby and Violet and great-nephew Oliver; and by her two beloved great-grandchildren Crew and Haven.
